At SoSo Swim, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new swimwear. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and brand tags are still firmly attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
